I agree that this order cannot be cancelled or changed, and that refunds will not be given. I authorize my credit card to be charged for the entire amount of the order.

When you join the tour, please make sure you have the credit card you used to make this booking with you, as we will need to imprint it. The card must be yours. If there is a problem with that, please let us know when the reservation is made, as our credit card authorization process will need to be completed.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our discretion.
Please do not make any plans that are dependent on this tour until you receive a formal, detailed confirmation from us.
We are not responsible for the consequences of any delays, and this itinerary and its details may change without notice. All times are approximate. After ordering, please wait for an email confirmation before you make arrangements that are dependent on this tour.
We are not responsible if road closures, traffic, bad weather, or other factors beyond our control, result in parts of the tour not being run. Should this occur, our only liability will be the cost of the part of the tour that is missed.

Portions of tours may be subcontracted to other reputable vendors. Certain minimums may apply. Service may not be available on certain dates and at certain times.
We have a strict no change policy, but if we do allow any changes to your order, at our sole discretion, whether it is a change of date, or a change of tour, or a change of the number of people, or any other change at all, the same no cancel, no change, no refund policy will still apply to the changed date, or the changed tour, or to whatever other changes we have agreed, at our sole discretion, can be made.
Las Vegas hotels charge a resort fee. If your tour has a stay in Vegas, you will need to pay the resort fee.
If your tour has a commercial flight, and you bring checked luggage, you will need to pay the checked luggage fee.
For airplane and helicopter tours from cities outside Las Vegas, you will be taken to Vegas by a regular airplane or bus, and not a tour vehicle or plane. The airplane and helicopter in the tour refers only to the sightseeing portion of the tour from Las Vegas, and not from any other city.
If the tour or service you ordered has an air component, you will be asked to send us a photo or copy of the credit card you used, as well as your government issued photo identification. If you don’t want to send these documents, you can pay by Paypal or by bank wire/transfer. The reason we need these documents is to cut down on Internet fraud. We have to pay our airplane provider for your flights, and once we have paid for these, the amount is non-refundable to us. We have to ensure that the credit card belongs to the person who says that it is hers/his, so that we do not lose the amount we have to pay the flight provider.
If the tour or service does have an air component and if you leave it late to book, or if you book for a really busy time, the price may increase as a result of higher flight prices. We will always let you know beforehand if this is the case and ask if you want to proceed. The same applies with hotel pricing.
If we, at our sole discretion determine that a guest or guests has/have been unpleasant and or rude and or difficult, to the point where we, at our sole discretion, no longer feel comfortable having the guest or guests on one of our tours or other services, we may cancel the tour or other service at any time, and issue a refund to the guest or guests, less any amount, for any service or reservation which is non-refundable to us. Should a service or reservation be non-refundable to us, and we do not issue a refund for said service or reservation, the guest or guests will be given full access to that service or reservation, which service or reservation can be used by the guest or guests.
Any legal action, or any disputes, arising from this purchase are governed by the laws of the USA. Legal actions of any kind may only be brought or heard in court in Summit County, Utah.
